C. V., probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n en contra de una mujer identificada como A. Y. P. Z, cometido en agosto de 2021 en Santa Mar\u00eda el Tule, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 28437\/FMUJ\/USEX\/2021, el 28 de agosto de 2021, el imputado agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en el interior de un domicilio ubicado en inmediaciones del referido municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos contra la Mujer por Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero-, logrando presentar ante el Juez de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a E. C.
