{"id":9524,"date":"2022-02-09T20:25:06","date_gmt":"2022-02-10T02:25:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=9524"},"modified":"2022-02-09T20:25:07","modified_gmt":"2022-02-10T02:25:07","slug":"morena-propone-que-revocacion-de-mandato-aplique-a-senadores-diputados-y-gobernadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2022\/02\/09\/morena-propone-que-revocacion-de-mandato-aplique-a-senadores-diputados-y-gobernadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Morena propone que revocaci\u00f3n de mandato aplique a senadores, diputados y gobernadores"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>Alejandro Armenta Mier, senador de Morena, present\u00f3 una<strong> iniciativa <\/strong>para que la <strong>revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong> se pueda aplicar a <strong>diputados federales, senadores y gobernadoras.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa, presentada el 9 de febrero en el Senado, propone <strong>reformas constitucionales <\/strong>para ampliar los alcances de la <strong>revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong>, que actualmente s\u00f3lo aplicar\u00e1 al presidente AMLO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El senador record\u00f3 que la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato es un derecho de los ciudadanos y tiene el objetivo la destituci\u00f3n de un servidor p\u00fablico de forma anticipada, por perdidaa de confianza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"que-propone-la-iniciativa-para-ampliar-la-aplicacion-de-revocacion-de-mandato\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 propone la iniciativa para ampliar la aplicaci\u00f3n de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el senador Alejandro Armenta, los ciudadanos tienen derecho de aplicar la <strong>revocaci\u00f3n de mandato t<\/strong>anto a senadores, senadoras, diputados y gobernadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon el fin de cuando los ciudadanos no se sientan conformes con el trabajo realizado, se pueda revocar\u201d, dice la iniciativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa del senador destac\u00f3 que la Constituci\u00f3n ya est\u00e1 incluida la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, as\u00ed como sus lineamientos, solo faltar\u00eda ampliar su aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa incorporaci\u00f3n de la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato para Senadoras y Senadores de la Rep\u00fablica, Diputados Federales, as\u00ed como Gobernadores es un derecho pol\u00edtico que todo ciudadano tiene\u201d, argument\u00f3 el diputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con ello, se propone que los art\u00edculos constitucionales en materia de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato incluyan, adem\u00e1s de al presidente, a <strong>gobernadores.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lo-mas-leido-de-mexico\">Lo m\u00e1s le\u00eddo de M\u00e9xico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, se\u00f1ala que la C\u00e1mara de Senadores se renovar\u00e1 en su totalidad cada seis a\u00f1os y su mandato podr\u00e1 ser revocado, lo mismo con los <strong>diputados.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"revocacion-de-mandato-de-amlo-sera-el-10-abril\">Revocaci\u00f3n de mandato de AMLO ser\u00e1 el 10 abril<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa del senador se da tras las reformas constitucionales y la implementaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Ley Federal de Revocaci\u00f3n de Mandato<\/strong>,aprobada el a\u00f1o pasado e impulsada por Morena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dichas reformas y la nueva ley permitir\u00e1n que el presidente AMLO sea el primer ejecutivo federal en someterse a una consulta de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, que se realizar\u00e1 el 10 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la consulta, los ciudadanos podr\u00e1n decidir si desean que el presidente AMLO dej\u00e9 su cargo anticipadamente <strong>por falta de confianza<\/strong> o contin\u00fae hasta 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alejandro Armenta Mier, senador de Morena, present\u00f3 una iniciativa para que la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato se pueda aplicar a diputados federales, senadores y gobernadoras.
