Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-<\/strong> La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo, del Juzgado de Control, auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra una persona del sexo masculino, se\u00f1alada como probable responsable del delito de homicidio en agravio de quien en vida respondiera al nombre de A. R. P., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santa Cruz Xoxocotl\u00e1n, en la regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la causa penal 809\/2021, los hechos se suscitaron la noche del pasado 3 de agosto, cuando la v\u00edctima fue interceptada por dos sujetos, quienes la despojaron de sus pertenencias, posteriormente la agredieron con un arma blanca, lesiones que provocaron su muerte en inmediaciones de la colonia Insurgentes de Xoxocotl\u00e1n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia -a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos de Alto Impacto- atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n, desplegando a su personal multidisciplinario, a fin de realizar las primeras indagatorias para esclarecer este lamentable crimen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado, imponiendo prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa como medida cautelar y concedi\u00f3 tres meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
