{"id":83577,"date":"2026-11-03T18:13:59","date_gmt":"2026-11-04T00:13:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/fgeo-aprehende-a-probable-responsable-de-abuso-sexual-agravado-contra-una-menor-de-edad-en-la-region-mixteca\/"},"modified":"2026-11-03T18:14:01","modified_gmt":"2026-11-04T00:14:01","slug":"fgeo-aprehende-a-probable-responsable-de-abuso-sexual-agravado-contra-una-menor-de-edad-en-la-region-mixteca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/fgeo-aprehende-a-probable-responsable-de-abuso-sexual-agravado-contra-una-menor-de-edad-en-la-region-mixteca\/","title":{"rendered":"FGEO aprehende a probable responsable de abuso sexual agravado contra una menor de edad en la regi\u00f3n Mixteca"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-<\/strong> La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), ejecut\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra un hombre identificado como H.V.T., por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de abuso sexual agravado, cometido en agravio de una menor de edad en la regi\u00f3n Mixteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, los hechos ocurrieron el 12 de agosto de 2026, cuando la v\u00edctima, una menor de edad, cuya identidad est\u00e1 reservada por ley, fue agredida con actos de naturaleza sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte de las investigaciones ministeriales efectuadas por la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Mixteca se obtuvo una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n la cual fue ejecutada por elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI), cuando este se encontraba en inmediaciones de la orilla de la carretera que comunica a Michapa de los Reyes con Santiago del R\u00edo, en la regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras su detenci\u00f3n, el probable responsable fue trasladado para la certificaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica correspondiente y la realizaci\u00f3n de los tr\u00e1mites legales; posteriormente, qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca reitera su compromiso de garantizar el acceso a la justicia para las v\u00edctimas de delitos, especialmente en casos que atentan contra la integridad y desarrollo de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, priorizando investigaciones con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero e infancia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), ejecut\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra un hombre identificado como H.V.T., por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de abuso sexual agravado, cometido en agravio de una menor de edad en la regi\u00f3n Mixteca.
