{"id":83118,"date":"2026-10-20T18:07:11","date_gmt":"2026-10-21T00:07:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/aprehende-fgeo-a-probable-responsable-de-tentativa-de-violacion-agravada-cometida-en-san-miguel-suchixtepec\/"},"modified":"2026-10-20T18:07:14","modified_gmt":"2026-10-21T00:07:14","slug":"aprehende-fgeo-a-probable-responsable-de-tentativa-de-violacion-agravada-cometida-en-san-miguel-suchixtepec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/aprehende-fgeo-a-probable-responsable-de-tentativa-de-violacion-agravada-cometida-en-san-miguel-suchixtepec\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprehende FGEO a probable responsable de tentativa de violaci\u00f3n agravada cometida en San Miguel Suchixtepec"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-<\/strong> La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) dio cumplimiento a una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n que permiti\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de un hombre identificado como G.H.H., por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de tentativa de violaci\u00f3n agravada, cometido en agravio de una mujer en el municipio de San Miguel Suchixtepec, perteneciente al distrito de Miahuatl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, los hechos ocurrieron el 21 de septiembre de 2026, cuando la v\u00edctima se encontraba en su domicilio ubicado en el barrio Portillo El Cacalote, en San Miguel Suchixtepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con las investigaciones, en ese lugar, la v\u00edctima fue agredida f\u00edsicamente para luego ser atacada con actos encaminados a cometer una agresi\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la v\u00edctima logr\u00f3 salir del domicilio y solicitar auxilio, por lo que posteriormente, acudi\u00f3 ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico para presentar la denuncia correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de la denuncia, la FGEO, a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Sierra Sur, realiz\u00f3 diversos actos de investigaci\u00f3n bajo la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como inspecciones y entrevistas, que permitieron establecer la identidad y ubicaci\u00f3n del probable responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como resultado de estas diligencias, elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI) en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (DEFENSA), Guardia Nacional y Polic\u00eda Estatal, localizaron al probable responsable cuando se encontraba en inmediaciones de Ejutla de Crespo, donde dieron cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El detenido fue trasladado y puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad ministerial correspondiente, quien continuar\u00e1 con las diligencias legales y determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica conforme a derecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca refrenda su compromiso de investigar los delitos cometidos contra las mujeres con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, garantizando el acceso a la justicia para las v\u00edctimas y el respeto irrestricto al debido proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) dio cumplimiento a una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n que permiti\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de un hombre identificado como G.H.H., por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de tentativa de violaci\u00f3n agravada, cometido en agravio de una mujer en el municipio de San Miguel Suchixtepec, perteneciente [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":83120,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2,20],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-83118","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-oaxaca","category-policiaca"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
