B. S., probable responsable del delito de lesiones calificadas con ventaja en agravio de J. P. C. R., cometido en septiembre de 2021, en San Pedro Mixtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los hechos asentados en la causa penal 581\/2021, el 17 de septiembre de 2021, cuando se encontraban en c\u00e9ntricas calles del referido municipio, donde el imputado agredi\u00f3 con un objeto corto contundente (machete) a la v\u00edctima, ocasion\u00e1ndole heridas que pusieron en riesgo su vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras su aprehensi\u00f3n, el imputado fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la FGEO y luego de validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a I. B. S., imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorg\u00f3 30 d\u00edas para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En otro logro distinto suscitado en la Heroica Ciudad de Tlaxiaco, en la regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca, la FGEO -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Mixteca- ejecut\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra la persona del sexo masculino identificado como R. H. G., quien el 22 de diciembre de 2021 agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica a su concubina, identificada como Y. R.
