Bajo esa premisa, convenci\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima de entregar un pago inicial de seis millones de pesos para concretar la adquisici\u00f3n del predio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, posteriormente la persona afectada descubri\u00f3 que el terreno no pertenec\u00eda al vendedor, por lo que solicit\u00f3 la devoluci\u00f3n del dinero entregado. Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, el imputado se neg\u00f3 a reintegrar el recurso, ocasionando un perjuicio patrimonial a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como resultado de las investigaciones ministeriales, la FGEO obtuvo una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra G.J.R.R., misma que fue cumplimentada el pasado 8 de julio de 2026 por elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la audiencia correspondiente, el Juez de Control determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de fraude espec\u00edfico, adem\u00e1s de imponer la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y fijar un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.
