Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.- <\/strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) ejecut\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de una persona del sexo masculino identificada como O.V.G., por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de robo de veh\u00edculo de motor con violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el expediente penal, los hechos ocurrieron el 26 de abril de 2026, en un rancho ubicado en la comunidad de Ampliaci\u00f3n Colonia Istme\u00f1a, perteneciente a El Zapote en San Juan Guichicovi, donde la v\u00edctima, un hombre de iniciales H.D.A.M y una testigo observaron a dos personas que presuntamente sustra\u00edan diversos bienes, entre ellos una motocicleta marca Honda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La denuncia a\u00f1ade que una de las personas se\u00f1aladas como probables responsables del robo, utiliz\u00f3 un arma de fuego para amenazar a las v\u00edctimas, lo que permiti\u00f3 que \u00e9l y su acompa\u00f1ante se retiraran del lugar con los objetos sustra\u00eddos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Derivado de las indagatorias realizadas por la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo, la FGEO obtuvo del Juzgado de Control correspondiente una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de O.V.G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En cumplimiento al mandato judicial, elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI) realizaron un operativo mediante el cual lograron la detenci\u00f3n de  O.V.G., para luego ponerlo a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3 y con ello, se determine su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica conforme a derecho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
