Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 29 de diciembre de 2021.-<\/strong> Gracias a la comprometida labor de investigaci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de casos, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de la persona del sexo masculino identificada como Z. G. G., probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de V. V. G. G., cometido en septiembre de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Mateo Pi\u00f1as, Distrito de Pochutla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con los hechos asentados en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 28880\/FCOS\/POCHUTLA\/2020, el 20 de septiembre de 2020, el imputado intercept\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima cuando circulaba a bordo de una motocicleta y la agredi\u00f3 con disparos de arma de fuego (escopeta), ocasion\u00e1ndole la muerte en inmediaciones del paraje \u201cArroyo Hierba Santa\u201d del referido municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante este crimen, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las investigaciones pertinentes, ejecutando orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el probable homicida el pasado 23 de diciembre del a\u00f1o en curso, present\u00e1ndolo ante la autoridad ministerial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a Z. G. G., imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorg\u00f3 30 d\u00edas para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
