H. H., probable responsable del delito de lesiones en agravio de J. V. G., cometido en julio de 2021, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Villa de Tututepec de Melchor Ocampo, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la causa penal 396\/2021, el 31 de julio de 2021, aproximadamente a las 18:00 horas, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con un objeto corto contundente (machete), cuando se encontraba en un negocio ubicado en la colonia Benito Ju\u00e1rez de R\u00edo Grande, Tututepec, infringi\u00e9ndole lesiones de gravedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva y diligente investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar ante el Juzgado de Control al probable agresor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia y luego de validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a V. H.
