{"id":74082,"date":"2026-02-17T14:56:36","date_gmt":"2026-02-17T20:56:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2026\/02\/17\/bmv-destaca-el-regreso-de-pemex-al-mercado\/"},"modified":"2026-02-17T14:56:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T20:56:39","slug":"bmv-destaca-el-regreso-de-pemex-al-mercado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2026\/02\/17\/bmv-destaca-el-regreso-de-pemex-al-mercado\/","title":{"rendered":"BMV destaca el regreso de Pemex al mercado"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p><em>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/em> La Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) resalt\u00f3 este martes el regreso de Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex) al mercado de deuda privada, por un monto por hasta 31 mil 500 millones de pesos, por lo que reafirma su papel como la principal plataforma de financiamiento del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un comunicado de prensa, la entidad burs\u00e1til detall\u00f3 que Pemex concret\u00f3 este martes sus colocaciones de deuda mediante la emisi\u00f3n de PEMEX 26 por 9 mil 5 millones de pesos; PEMEX 26-2 por un monto de 16 mil 999 millones de pesos y PEMEX 26U por 5 mil 496 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la intermediaci\u00f3n de Casa de Bolsa Banorte, Casa de Bolsa BBVA M\u00e9xico, Monex Casa de Bolsa, Casa de Bolsa Santander, as\u00ed como Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa y Casa de Bolsa Ve por M\u00e1s, los recursos que levant\u00f3 Pemex del p\u00fablico inversionista los utilizar\u00e1 \u201cpara optimizar su perfil financiero y atender compromisos previstos para 2026, en l\u00ednea con su estrategia de fortalecimiento operativo y financiero\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el apalancamiento de Pemex en el mercado de deuda privada nacional, la empresa energ\u00e9tica dispara el monto de colocaciones en&nbsp;lo que va de&nbsp;febrero, luego de que en enero no se registraron emisiones de mediano y largo plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que hace poco m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada, el 50.3 por ciento del mercado en circulaci\u00f3n, el cual ascend\u00eda en 2013 a 827 mil 241 millones de pesos, estaba integrado por 10 emisores (incluye fideicomitentes de emisiones estructuradas), de los cuales, Pemex y CFE&nbsp;representaron&nbsp;el&nbsp;24.7 por ciento del monto total en circulaci\u00f3n, reforzando su activa participaci\u00f3n, en el total del mercado de deuda privada.&nbsp;Pemex se ausent\u00f3 de la BMV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon esta transacci\u00f3n, la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores reafirma su papel como la principal plataforma de financiamiento del pa\u00eds, impulsando operaciones que fortalecen la confianza, la liquidez y el desarrollo del mercado de capitales mexicano\u201d, asegur\u00f3 la entidad burs\u00e1til.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.
