AMLO<\/strong> responde al Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE<\/strong>) que son chicanadas y t\u00e1cticas dilatorias aplazar la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato por falta de presupuesto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la conferencia ma\u00f1anera del 17 de diciembre desde Villahermosa, Tabasco, AMLO fue cuestionado sobre la determinaci\u00f3n del INE de aplazar la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato alegando que falta dinero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una reportera le pregunt\u00f3 a AMLO qu\u00e9 implicaciones tendr\u00e1 la postergaci\u00f3n <\/strong>o en que afectar\u00eda a la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato;el presidente dijo que todav\u00eda se tiene que esperar el resultado de la votaci\u00f3n en el INE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INE quiere posponer el proceso de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El 16 de diciembre Lorenzo C\u00f3rdova, <\/strong>consejero presidente del INE, <\/strong>se manifest\u00f3 a favor de posponer temporalmente <\/strong>el proceso de la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aunque hoy se votar\u00e1 qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 con la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato a realizarse en marzo del 2022, el INE<\/strong> quiere que en la resoluci\u00f3n est\u00e9 la opini\u00f3n de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong> (SCJN<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El INE ha estado argumentando que les falta de presupuesto <\/strong>para realizar la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AMLO: SCJN ya han resuelto que la consulta debe llevarse a cabo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

AMLO coment\u00f3 en la ma\u00f1anera del 17 de diciembre que todav\u00eda queda la instancia del Tribunal Electoral <\/strong>y que la SCJN ya ha resuelto <\/strong>que s\u00ed debe llevarse a cabo la consulta de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agreg\u00f3 que lo dem\u00e1s no deja de ser secundario para el INE porque:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201csi tienen dinero, si no tienen dinero, si van a poner suficientes casillas, pocas casillas\u201d.AMLO<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

La revocaci\u00f3n de mandato dejar\u00e1 un precedente hist\u00f3rico: AMLO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, AMLO dijo que el tema de fondo es que se va a establecer a la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato como un precedente hist\u00f3rico.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coment\u00f3 que aunque lo quieran o no no quieran, el pueblo va ejercer su derecho a la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato. Porque el pueblo que es soberano <\/strong>pone y quita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Record\u00f3 que hab\u00eda la mala costumbre de quedarse s\u00f3lo en la \u201cdemocracia representativa<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por eso, ejemplific\u00f3 el caso de cuando un gobernante <\/strong>apenas era elegido por los votantes, ya se sent\u00eda intocable, as\u00ed como que antes hab\u00eda que aguantar sus malas pr\u00e1cticas de corrupci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por lo que ahora con esta revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong>, se aplicar\u00e1 para todos los niveles, y se podr\u00e1 quitar a esos funcionarios p\u00fablicos que no est\u00e9n cumpliendo con su trabajo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dijo que el INE deber\u00eda estar promoviendo este m\u00e9todo democratico<\/strong>, la democracia participativa, dijo que la democracia<\/strong> no se agota, s\u00f3lo en el d\u00eda de la elecci\u00f3n constitucional. Calific\u00f3 a los del INE como conservadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respecto a que se suspenda nuevamente y se recorra la consulta ciudadana<\/strong> para la revocaci\u00f3n del mandato<\/strong>, AMLO dijo que son chicanadas, son t\u00e1cticas dilatorias, parecen abogados huizacheros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Porque, seg\u00fan le plantearon, la posibilidad de que la suspensi\u00f3n y el atraso de la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato pueda desalentar a la poblaci\u00f3n a participar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aunque, \u00e9l no cree que la gente se vaya a desanimar a emitir su voto<\/strong> respecto a la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esto porque dijo que si se \u201cportaba bien\u201d un gobernante, las personas lo iban apoyar, porque si en caso contrario, \u201cse portaba mal\u201d, la gente lo iba a quitar de su cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asegur\u00f3 que con la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong> el fondo ya est\u00e1 resuelto que era lo que les importaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AMLO: El INE y la oposici\u00f3n no son aut\u00e9nticos dem\u00f3cratas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, AMLO reiter\u00f3 que tanto partidos de oposici\u00f3n <\/strong>como los consejeros del INE hablaban de una democracia participativa, del refer\u00e9ndum, la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
