Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-<\/strong> La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo, del Juzgado de Control, auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra la persona del sexo masculino identificada como J. G. H. G., probable responsable de los delitos de homicidio doloso con ventaja en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de S. G., y de lesiones calificadas, cometidos en agosto de 2021, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Esteban Atatlahuca, en la regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El probable responsable fue aprehendido el pasado 30 de noviembre de 2021 y presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la causa penal 294\/2021, el 1 de agosto de 2021, las v\u00edctimas se encontraban reunidas en inmediaciones de la \u201cCasa de la Salud\u201d, ubicada en el centro de la localidad de Guerrero Grande, perteneciente al referido municipio, cuando el imputado -en compa\u00f1\u00eda de otras personas- probablemente particip\u00f3 en la agresi\u00f3n con disparos de arma de fuego, ataque en el que privaron de la vida a S. G. y lesionaron a otras personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante estos hechos, la FGEO realiz\u00f3 los actos de investigaci\u00f3n correspondientes y gracias a la labor de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Mixteca, se aportaron los datos de prueba suficientes para que el Juez en turno determinara vincular a proceso a J. G. H. G., imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorgando dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
