{"id":67257,"date":"2025-09-29T14:54:33","date_gmt":"2025-09-29T14:54:33","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=67257"},"modified":"2025-09-29T20:55:26","modified_gmt":"2025-09-29T20:55:26","slug":"fitch-preve-subir-nota-de-pemex-por-recompra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2025\/09\/29\/fitch-preve-subir-nota-de-pemex-por-recompra\/","title":{"rendered":"Fitch prev\u00e9 subir nota de Pemex por recompra"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex) concluya la oferta de recompra de bonos por 10 mil millones de d\u00f3lares, la agencia calificadora Fitch Ratings planea subir <strong>la calificaci\u00f3n de la petrolera de BB a BB+<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si esto se concreta, Pemex quedar\u00e1 a un solo un escal\u00f3n de recuperar el grado de inversi\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 en entrevista Adriana Eraso, directora de corporativos para Latinoam\u00e9rica en Fitch Ratings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La directiva explic\u00f3<em><strong> <\/strong><\/em>que la recompra de bonos tiene un mensaje muy claro: \u201cCada vez hay m\u00e1s conexi\u00f3n entre el soberano (el Gobierno) y el corporativo. <strong>Prestarle a Pemex se est\u00e1 volviendo cada vez m\u00e1s como prestarle al soberano<\/strong>, hay un compromiso con el mercado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fue en agosto cuando Fitch aument\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n de Pemex a BB con perspectiva positiva, lo que indica que la empresa es susceptible a una mejora en su calificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque <strong>las actualizaciones usualmente dilatan entre 12 a 18 meses<\/strong>, en esta ocasi\u00f3n, el aumento de la calificaci\u00f3n de Pemex se podr\u00eda esperar tan pronto como las pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 necesita hacer Pemex para recuperar el grado de inversi\u00f3n? Fitch explica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En caso de concretarse la mejora de la nota a BB+, se ubicar\u00eda en su mayor nivel desde 2019, aunque es posible que la calificaci\u00f3n se \u2018estacione\u2019 un largo rato en ese escal\u00f3n, ya que para subir a BBB- y recuperar el grado de inversi\u00f3n, se tienen que dar tres condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEn primer lugar, que suba la calificaci\u00f3n del soberano de M\u00e9xico; la segunda opci\u00f3n es que Pemex mejore su calificaci\u00f3n \u2018stand alone\u2019 (en la que no se toma en cuenta el apoyo gubernamental) de CCC a BB-, lo que llevar\u00eda bastante tiempo, o finalmente, que <strong>el Gobierno mexicano garantice el 75 por ciento de la deuda de Pemex<\/strong>\u201d, apunt\u00f3 la especialista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, Fitch Ratings aclar\u00f3 que en la calificaci\u00f3n \u2018stand alone\u2019, en la que \u201cPemex va sola\u201d, aun se encuentra en un terreno especulativo con alto riesgo, al ubicarse en CCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPemex sigue siendo la petrolera m\u00e1s apalancada del mundo, tiene un modelo de negocio que est\u00e1 \u2018quemando\u2019 efectivo y liquidez a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o. Tan solo en 2025, en Fitch Ratings estimamos que se \u2018queman\u2019 <strong>unos 50 mil millones de pesos<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de que se pagan, m\u00e1s o menos, <strong>10 mil millones de d\u00f3lares en intereses al a\u00f1o<\/strong>\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adriana Eraso, directora de corporativos para Latinoam\u00e9rica en Fitch Ratings, consider\u00f3 que estas p\u00e9rdidas financieras provocan problemas operacionales, porque <strong>Pemex no puede invertir en desarrollo, exploraci\u00f3n ni infraestructura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEn el<em> upstream<\/em> (exploraci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n), Pemex tiene valor, lo que lo destruye es el Sistema Nacional de Refinaci\u00f3n, que es sumamente ineficiente\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pasado 2 de septiembre, Pemex anunci\u00f3 la oferta de recompra de una serie de bonos, la cual fue cerrada el 15 de septiembre, lo que result\u00f3 en una participaci\u00f3n de 12 mil millones de d\u00f3lares, de los cuales 9 mil 900 millones de d\u00f3lares corresponden a vencimientos entre 2026 y 2029.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una vez que Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex) concluya la oferta de recompra de bonos por 10 mil millones de d\u00f3lares, la agencia calificadora Fitch Ratings planea subir la calificaci\u00f3n de la petrolera de BB a BB+.
