{"id":66392,"date":"2025-09-10T10:45:02","date_gmt":"2025-09-10T16:45:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2025\/09\/10\/vinculado-a-proceso-por-agredir-a-su-pareja-embarazada"},"modified":"2025-09-10T10:45:46","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T16:45:46","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-por-agredir-a-su-pareja-embarazada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2025\/09\/10\/vinculado-a-proceso-por-agredir-a-su-pareja-embarazada\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso por agredir a su pareja embarazada"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.- <\/strong>En acciones coordinadas en combate a delitos contra la mujer, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo prisi\u00f3n preventiva y auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de una persona del sexo masculino identificado como J.A.V.V., por el delito de violencia de pareja, hechos cometidos en la regi\u00f3n de los Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, los hechos ocurrieron el 25 y 26 de agosto de 2025, en un domicilio ubicado en la colonia Llano Verde de Santa Cruz Amilpas, lugar donde la v\u00edctima fue agredida&nbsp; de manera verbal y, posteriormente, atacada de manera f\u00edsica, pese a que ten\u00eda un embarazo de aproximadamente ocho semanas de gestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n detalla que despu\u00e9s de la \u00faltima agresi\u00f3n, la v\u00edctima escap\u00f3 de su domicilio y se refugi\u00f3 en la casa de una vecina para pedir auxilio y ser rescatada por elementos de la polic\u00eda municipal de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la denuncia y ante los golpes visibles, los elementos policiales realizaron la detenci\u00f3n de J.A.V.V., para despu\u00e9s ponerlo a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad ministerial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tener conocimiento de los hechos, la FGEO inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Delitos contra la Mujer por Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero la cual, despu\u00e9s de realizar las primeras indagatorias, logr\u00f3 llevar ante el juez al hoy imputado para determinar su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el desahogo de pruebas aportadas por la FGEO, el Juez de la causa dict\u00f3 vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de J.A.V.V., por el delito de violencia de pareja, adem\u00e1s de imponer la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada otorgando el plazo de un mes para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.- En acciones coordinadas en combate a delitos contra la mujer, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo prisi\u00f3n preventiva y auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de una persona del sexo masculino identificado como J.A.V.V., por el delito de violencia de pareja, hechos cometidos en la regi\u00f3n de [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":66394,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2,20],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-66392","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-oaxaca","8":"category-policiaca"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
