{"id":63850,"date":"2025-07-22T15:15:50","date_gmt":"2025-07-22T21:15:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2025\/07\/22\/hacienda-anuncia-acciones-para-garantizar-liquidez-de-pemex\/"},"modified":"2025-07-22T15:16:20","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T21:16:20","slug":"hacienda-anuncia-acciones-para-garantizar-liquidez-de-pemex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2025\/07\/22\/hacienda-anuncia-acciones-para-garantizar-liquidez-de-pemex\/","title":{"rendered":"Hacienda anuncia acciones para garantizar liquidez de Pemex"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico<\/strong> (SHCP) anunci\u00f3 la emisi\u00f3n de <strong>instrumentos financieros<\/strong> para fortalecer la posici\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>liquidez<\/strong> de Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (<strong>Pemex<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo es que Pemex cuente con recursos para atender sus <strong>necesidades operativas<\/strong> <strong>y<\/strong> <strong>financieras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>La operaci\u00f3n consiste en la emisi\u00f3n de instrumentos financieros denominados Notas Pre-Capitalizadas\u201d, detall\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/shcp\/prensa\/hacienda-anuncia-accion-emprendida-para-fortalecer-la-posicion-financiera-de-pemex\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un comunicado<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La dependencia aclar\u00f3 que la operaci\u00f3n no constituye una garant\u00eda a Pemex y que a trav\u00e9s de ella la compa\u00f1\u00eda podr\u00e1 optimizar su perfil de vencimientos, reducir sus pasivos y costo financiero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Esta operaci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo conforme a la Ley Federal de Deuda P\u00fablica, la Ley de Ingresos de la Federaci\u00f3n, dentro de los techos de endeudamiento autorizados por el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n para el ejercicio fiscal 2025, as\u00ed como de la Ley de la empresa p\u00fablica del Estado, Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Hacienda.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La emisi\u00f3n de instrumentos financieros es, adem\u00e1s, una acci\u00f3n para contribuir a la seguridad energ\u00e9tica y el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Con esta acci\u00f3n, el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico reafirma su compromiso con el manejo prudente de las finanzas p\u00fablicas y con el fortalecimiento de las empresas p\u00fablicas del Estado, como motores del desarrollo nacional.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Deuda de Pemex con proveedores peligra operaci\u00f3n de mipymes, advierte Coparmex<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A inicios de julio, la Coparmex advirti\u00f3 que la <strong>deuda<\/strong> acumulada de\u00a0<strong>Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos<\/strong>\u00a0(Pemex) con <strong>proveedores<\/strong>, en su mayor\u00eda micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas (mipymes), amenaza la viabilidad de miles de negocios en todo el pa\u00eds, especialmente en regiones clave del sector energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el organismo, aunque <strong>Pemex<\/strong> redujo 20 por ciento su <strong>deuda<\/strong> con <strong>proveedores<\/strong> al cierre del primer trimestre del a\u00f1o \u2014ubic\u00e1ndola en 404 mil millones de pesos\u2014, el monto sigue siendo \u201cde proporciones insostenibles\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coparmex&nbsp;<\/strong>se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, pese a los esfuerzos de la actual administraci\u00f3n para sanear las finanzas de Pemex, la empresa arrastra pasivos que superan los 2 billones de pesos, con un crecimiento de 3.8 por ciento al cierre de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ello se suman, apunt\u00f3, <strong>sobrecostos<\/strong>, <strong>contratos opacos<\/strong> y <strong>malas<\/strong> <strong>pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong> heredadas de gestiones anteriores, lo que ha provocado un impacto directo sobre los proveedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Cada factura pendiente representa el sustento de familias que dependen de empresas proveedoras en riesgo de cerrar.
