Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.- <\/strong>Ante la oportunidad coyuntural de incrementar la eficiencia de algunos financiamientos que conforman la deuda p\u00fablica del Estado, el Gobierno de Oaxaca, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas, propuso ante el Congreso local realizar el refinanciamiento y\/o reestructura de los cr\u00e9ditos contratados bajo los esquemas de los programas federales Fondo de Reconstrucci\u00f3n de Entidades Federativas (FONREC) y Justicia Penal por un importe de mil 534 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta oportunidad deriva de la modificaci\u00f3n de las Reglas de Operaci\u00f3n del Fideicomiso Fondo de Reconstrucci\u00f3n de Entidades Federativas por parte de Banobras, lo que permitir\u00e1 que los recursos derivados de los bonos \u201ccup\u00f3n cero\u201d se puedan redimir anticipadamente y destinarse al pago de capital de los propios cr\u00e9ditos o a otros fines que convengan a las y los oaxaque\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A la fecha, el esfuerzo de ordenamiento financiero emprendido por el Gobierno de Oaxaca ha resultado en una reducci\u00f3n de 37% en la deuda total del estado, un esfuerzo de disciplina sin precedente en el pasado reciente de la entidad que, a pesar de haber pasado por el sismo m\u00e1s grande de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, severas inundaciones y la mayor pandemia de los \u00faltimos 100 a\u00f1os, ha sido posible gracias a la prudencia financiera instruida por el gobernador Alejandro Murat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con esta nueva reestructura, el Gobierno del Estado captar\u00eda cerca de 400 millones de pesos por la liberaci\u00f3n del \u201ccup\u00f3n cero\u201d, y se propone utilizar este monto de manera \u00edntegra para el pago de la deuda de largo plazo, con lo que disminuir\u00e1 su saldo. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
