El INE<\/strong> aprob\u00f3 que la fecha<\/strong> para la realizaci\u00f3n de la consulta de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong>, se aplace para el 10 de abril<\/strong> de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria de este mi\u00e9rcoles 10 de noviembre, el Consejo General del INE aprob\u00f3 que se cambie la fecha de la consulta de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato que estaba prevista originalmente para el 27 de mazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recolecci\u00f3n de firmas para aprobar la consulta requiere de mayor tiempo, determin\u00f3 INE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En los trabajos donde se decidi\u00f3 aplazar hasta el 10 de abril del 2022<\/strong> la consulta de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, el consejero presidente del INE, Lorenzo C\u00f3rdova, dijo que la recolecci\u00f3n de firmas tomar\u00e1 m\u00e1s tiempo del contemplado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debido a ello, el consejero presidente del INE indic\u00f3 que se requiere de un plazo mayor para que se pueda cumplir con la recolecci\u00f3n de firmas necesarias para que se realice la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed lo asever\u00f3 al destacar que la validaci\u00f3n de las firmas en formato f\u00edsico, formato que fue avalado en d\u00edas pasados por el TEPJF, le tomar\u00e1 m\u00e1s tiempo al \u00f3rgano electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa revisi\u00f3n de miles y probablemente millones de formatos de papel obliga al INE a dedicar m\u00e1s tiempo para verificar y validar los m\u00e1s de 2.7 millones de apoyos ciudadanos que se requieren para que este ejercicio pueda ser convocado en los t\u00e9rminos constitucionales\u201dLorenzo C\u00f3rdova. Fallo del TEPJF deriv\u00f3 en aplazamiento de consulta al 10 de abril de 2022<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ante ello, los integrantes del Consejo General del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) votaron de forma un\u00e1nime a favor de que la fecha de la consulta de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato se posponga hasta el 10 de abril del 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La decisi\u00f3n de posponer hasta el 10 de abril del 2022 la consulta de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, se tom\u00f3 luego de que Morena present\u00f3 una impugnaci\u00f3n ante el TEPJF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En su recurso, Morena exigi\u00f3 que las firmas a favor de la realizaci\u00f3n de la consulta, no fueran recopiladas \u00fanicamente por medio de la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La petici\u00f3n de Morena fue avalada por el Tribunal Electoral del Poder de Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n, y derivado de dicho fallo, el INE pudo determinar posponer al 10 de abril de 2022 la consulta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INE no est\u00e1 boicoteando la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato: Lorenzo C\u00f3rdova<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El consejero presidente del INE insisti\u00f3 en se\u00f1alar que la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong> requiere de recursos extras a los establecidos en el Presupuesto de Egresos 2022, para que se lleve a cabo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debido a dicha situaci\u00f3n, afirm\u00f3 que no es el INE quien est\u00e1 maniobrando para boicotear<\/strong> la realizaci\u00f3n de la consulta de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato y advirti\u00f3 que quien afirme lo contrario est\u00e1 mintiendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNo es el INE quien boicotea u obstaculiza los ejercicios de democracia participativa recientemente incorporados en nuestra Constituci\u00f3n.
