N. M., probable responsable del delito de secuestro en agravio de A. V. O., cometido en enero de 2016, en el Distrito de Juchit\u00e1n en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la causa penal 120\/2016, el 13 de enero de 2016, aproximadamente entre las 15:20 y 16:00 horas, cuando la v\u00edctima circulaba sobre la carretera que conduce de Reforma de Pineda a San Francisco del Mar a bordo de un veh\u00edculo, fue interceptada por el imputado y otro sujeto, quienes lo privaron de su libertad y lo condujeron a un cerro ubicado en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Niltepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, los plagiarios exigieron a familiares de la v\u00edctima una fuerte suma de dinero, misma que fue entregada&nbsp; para lograr su liberaci\u00f3n el 17 de enero de 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos de Alto Impacto-, logrando aprehender y presentar ante el Juzgado de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia y luego de validar los datos de prueba aportados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a R. N.
