class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>Aprovechando la ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica del Istmo de Tehuantepec en la zona sur del pa\u00eds, la creaci\u00f3n de la plataforma log\u00edstica multimodal que conecta el Oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico con el Oc\u00e9ano Atl\u00e1ntico impulsar\u00e1 el desarrollo de 2 millones 385 mil habitantes que viven en 79 municipio de Oaxaca y Veracruz, con un monto de inversi\u00f3n de 70 mil millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con Octavio de la Torre, presidente de la Confederaci\u00f3n de C\u00e1maras Nacionales de Comercio, Servicios y Turismo (CONCANACO SERVYTUR) en la secci\u00f3n m\u00e1s angosta de Norteam\u00e9rica con 300 km de distancia, el Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico del Istmo de Tehuantepec es un proyecto estrat\u00e9gico que busca aprovechar la ubicaci\u00f3n para conectar los oc\u00e9anos Pac\u00edfico y Atl\u00e1ntico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mencionar que est\u00e1 integrado por dos proyectos de infraestructura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Plataforma log\u00edstica (puertos y ferrocarril)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Polos de desarrollo del bienestar (Podebis)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que, ratific\u00f3 que uno de los objetivos es cerrar las brechas de desigualdad regional y promover el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social en la regi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de que atraer\u00e1 inversiones y fortalezca la econom\u00eda tanto a nivel local como nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, coment\u00f3 que el proyecto no pretende competir con el Canal de Panam\u00e1, sino complementarlo ofreciendo servicios integrales modernos y eficientes para el transporte de mercanc\u00edas, ya que conectar\u00e1 a M\u00e9xico con: Estados Unidos, Am\u00e9rica del Sur, Asia, Europa, permitiendo u traslado promedio de 15 d\u00edas a As\u00eda y a Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que el programa establece cinco objetivos prioritarios, que incluyen fortalecer la infraestructura social y productiva, impulsar un nuevo modelo de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y proteger la diversidad cultural de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico, ser\u00e1 la columna vertebral del proyecto, por lo que busca implementar una plataforma log\u00edstica multimodal que integre puertos, ferrocarriles, carreteras y otros servicios para facilitar el comercio regional y mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que, al vincularse con una red de m\u00e1s de 1,200 km de v\u00edas ferroviarias, carreteras y aeropuertos, optimizan la log\u00edstica, promover\u00e1 el acceso a los mercados nacional e internacional y fortalecen la posici\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de la regi\u00f3n en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mencionar que la rehabilitaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n del <strong>Puerto Salina Cruz <\/strong>contempla un nuevo puerto con 24 metros de profundidad (el m\u00e1s m\u00e1s profundo de Am\u00e9rica) y una bocana de 300 metros de ancho, lo que permitir\u00e1 recibir buques de gran calado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente ocupa el d\u00e9cimo lugar nacional en el movimiento de carga con 8.4 millones de toneladas (2022) y cuenta con un recinto portuario con una profundidad de 14 metros en el canal de navegaci\u00f3n; adem\u00e1s de que contar\u00e1 con infraestructura carretera, acceso ferroviario y v\u00edas
