Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., a 06 de marzo de 2024.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva en contra de una persona del sexo masculino identificada como J.M.F.R., por el delito de Violencia Familiar, cometido en agravio de su pareja de iniciales M.J.R.G., hechos ocurridos en el municipio de San Francisco Telixtlahuaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la causa penal, los hechos ocurrieron el 27 de febrero de 2024, cuando la v\u00edctima se encontraban dentro de su domicilio, sitio en el que sufri\u00f3 agresiones f\u00edsicas, sexuales y psicol\u00f3gicas, situaci\u00f3n que sucedi\u00f3 mientras realizaba una transmisi\u00f3n en vivo en redes sociales, durante la cual se le pudo observar solicitando ayuda ante las agresiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luego de la detenci\u00f3n de J. M. F. R., fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n y tras recibir la denuncia, la Instituci\u00f3n de Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos contra la Mujer por raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras llevarlo a audiencia ante el Juez de Control, este dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de J. M. F. R. por el delito de Violencia Familiar, adem\u00e1s que impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, otorgando dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
