{"id":38757,"date":"2024-02-28T08:19:46","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T14:19:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=38757"},"modified":"2024-02-28T08:19:46","modified_gmt":"2024-02-28T14:19:46","slug":"prohibicion-de-moto-taxis-en-carreteras-estatal-y-federal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2024\/02\/28\/prohibicion-de-moto-taxis-en-carreteras-estatal-y-federal\/","title":{"rendered":"Prohibici\u00f3n de Moto taxis en carreteras estatal y federal"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>OAXACA DE JU\u00c1REZ, OAX.- La LXIV LEGISLATURA del Congreso del Estado de Oaxaca ha aprobado la ley que proh\u00edbe la circulaci\u00f3n de moto taxis en las carreteras estatales y federales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con 29 votos a favor, se ha aprobado la ley de prohibici\u00f3n de moto taxis que prestan servicios p\u00fablicos en las carreteras, instando a la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad (SEMOVI) a aplicar la ley de manera uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta ley proh\u00edbe el tr\u00e1nsito de moto taxis en las principales v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n estatales y federales, as\u00ed como viajar por tramos de carretera fuera de su localidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las recientes incidencias en el estado de Oaxaca, especialmente en el Istmo de Tehuantepec, han motivado la reforma de la ley de tr\u00e1nsito, ya que SEMOVI no respond\u00eda a las quejas ciudadanas ni aplicaba adecuadamente la ley de vialidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de la demora en su aprobaci\u00f3n, esta medida responde a la necesidad de abordar los m\u00faltiples accidentes involucrando moto taxis en carreteras estatales y federales, que hab\u00edan excedido la tolerancia del Gobierno del Estado de Oaxaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SEMOVI, a pesar de las implicaciones econ\u00f3micas, se ver\u00e1 obligada a aplicar la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las disposiciones legales se basan en el decreto 1731 aprobado por la LXIV Legislatura local el 30 de septiembre de 2020, el cual reform\u00f3 la ley de movilidad, entrando en vigor el 24 de octubre de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo transitorio del decreto, los moto taxis seguir\u00e1n operando con las obligaciones y derechos establecidos por la ley y el reglamento correspondiente, con la limitaci\u00f3n de no transitar fuera del territorio de la localidad, salvo autorizaci\u00f3n expresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En \u00e1reas conurbadas, el servicio de moto taxi se prestar\u00e1 exclusivamente en las colonias de la periferia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se espera un fuerte operativo una vez que se emitan las instrucciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OAXACA DE JU\u00c1REZ, OAX.- La LXIV LEGISLATURA del Congreso del Estado de Oaxaca ha aprobado la ley que proh\u00edbe la circulaci\u00f3n de moto taxis en las carreteras estatales y federales.
