{"id":38232,"date":"2024-02-15T12:11:09","date_gmt":"2024-02-15T18:11:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=38232"},"modified":"2024-02-15T12:11:10","modified_gmt":"2024-02-15T18:11:10","slug":"el-sindicato-del-monte-de-piedad-estalla-huelga-este-15-de-febrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2024\/02\/15\/el-sindicato-del-monte-de-piedad-estalla-huelga-este-15-de-febrero\/","title":{"rendered":"El Sindicato del Monte de Piedad estalla huelga este 15 de febrero"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>Tras varios aplazamientos para intentar llegar a un acuerdo con el Nacional Monte de Piedad, el sindicato <strong>decidi\u00f3 estallar la huelga en el primer minuto de este 15 de febrero<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 la entidad prendaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHoy, las opciones que la Instituci\u00f3n tiene se ven dr\u00e1sticamente reducidas a partir de la huelga por parte del sindicato, lo cual deja a las partes sin acuerdo y una negociaci\u00f3n trunca, en perjuicio de los trabajadores \u2013que llevan tres a\u00f1os sin incremento salarial por la intransigencia de su dirigente\u2013y del futuro de la Instituci\u00f3n, cuya misi\u00f3n social se pone en riesgo\u201d, <strong>asever\u00f3 en un comunicado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese a que se aceptaron repetidas solicitudes de pr\u00f3rroga al emplazamiento de huelga,<strong> el representante sindical, Arturo Zay\u00fan<\/strong>, actu\u00f3 en agravio de sus representados y, al privilegiar sus propios intereses, <strong>se neg\u00f3 todo este tiempo a llevar la consulta con los trabajadores, ignorando el llamado de las autoridades,<\/strong> incluyendo el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, a la mediaci\u00f3n, manifest\u00f3 el Monte de Piedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El conflicto laboral entre el Nacional Monte de Piedad y su sindicato suma m\u00e1s de a\u00f1o y medio sin resolverse.<\/strong> Hasta hace unas semanas, los trabajadores expresaron que se pod\u00eda llegar a un acuerdo tras la apertura de la instituci\u00f3n prendaria, pero esto no ocurri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta situaci\u00f3n no hace m\u00e1s que da\u00f1ar al Nacional Monte de Piedad. No solo el tiempo sigue apremiando, sino que en este punto es obvio que el sindicato no ceder\u00e1 en su postura, ni mostrar\u00e1 el convenio de mediaci\u00f3n a sus trabajadores, a pesar de que la Instituci\u00f3n lo acept\u00f3 y firm\u00f3 desde diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado\u201d, lament\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, a\u00f1adi\u00f3, ha llegado el momento de actuar. \u201cAnte la inminente huelga, estaremos en constante comunicaci\u00f3n con nuestros clientes por medio de nuestros m\u00faltiples canales oficiales, y <strong>les aseguramos que sus prendas contar\u00e1n con total y absoluto resguardo en todo momento\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previamente, <strong>el Monte de Piedad advirti\u00f3 que de realizarse la huelga el cierre de sus sucursales ser\u00eda inminente<\/strong>, las cuales suman 300 m\u00e1s la Casa Matriz. Antes ya hab\u00edan bajado la cortina a 18. Cuenta con dos mil 159 sindicalizados base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Record\u00f3 que<strong> en 2023 se realizaron 7.2 millones de <\/strong>empe\u00f1os en sus sucursales, lo que implic\u00f3 una contracci\u00f3n de 8.0 por ciento; mientras que han visto una disminuci\u00f3n de 30 por ciento en el n\u00famero de clientes atendidos respecto del a\u00f1o 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta tendencia a la baja es una realidad que nos sigue mostrando la urgencia de realizar los cambios que le den la viabilidad operativa y financiera que requiere nuestra Instituci\u00f3n.
