{"id":38139,"date":"2024-02-13T13:07:31","date_gmt":"2024-02-13T19:07:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=38139"},"modified":"2024-02-13T13:07:32","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T19:07:32","slug":"corredor-interoceanico-por-esta-razon-es-muy-importante-el-polo-de-desarrollo-de-texistepec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2024\/02\/13\/corredor-interoceanico-por-esta-razon-es-muy-importante-el-polo-de-desarrollo-de-texistepec\/","title":{"rendered":"Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico: por esta raz\u00f3n es muy importante el Polo de Desarrollo de Texistepec"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En fechas recientes se dio a conocer que <strong>inici\u00f3 la primera estapa de la construcci\u00f3n del parque industrial en Texistepec<\/strong>, arrancando as\u00ed los trabajos en Los <strong>Polos de Desarrollo<\/strong> del Bienestar (PODEBIS) en esta importante zona del sur de Veracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto que se ejecutar\u00e1 en el marco de los esfuerzos de consolidaci\u00f3n del <strong>Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico<\/strong>, <strong>consiste en aplicar las inversiones necesarias <\/strong>en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de dos a\u00f1os para lograr tener las condiciones \u00f3ptimas de infraestructura urbana que den la oportunidad de que de instalen diversas empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El caso de <strong>Texistepec<\/strong> es relevante, el municipio se encuentra a 44.9 kilometros del puerto de Coatzacoalcos Veracruz y <strong>tiene una superficie total de 481.58 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong>,&nbsp; este PODEBI adquiere especial importancia ya que se trata del PODEBI con mayor extensi\u00f3n territorial subastado hasta el momento, ya que cuenta con 489 hect\u00e1reas y fue la empresa <strong>PROISTMO<\/strong> la que logr\u00f3 la concesi\u00f3n del Polo de Desarrollo de <strong>Texistepec<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PROISTMO<\/strong> ha reportado que est\u00e1 en la fase inicial, trabajando a toda marcha para poner en funcionamiento la infraestructura que de la oportunidad de que posteriormente <strong>se concrete la llegada de firmas nacionales e internacionales<\/strong>, la proyecci\u00f3n es que <strong>Texistepec<\/strong> logre recibir una inversi\u00f3n en cinco a\u00f1os de miles de millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POLO DE DESARROLLO DE <strong>TEXISTEPEC<\/strong> CON UBICACI\u00d3N ESTRAT\u00c9GICA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El polo de desarrollo de <strong>Texistepec<\/strong>,&nbsp;tiene un frente carretero sobre la carretera 145D, en el tramo correspondiente a la autopista La Tinaja-Cosoleacaque. Asimismo, cuenta con frente ferroviario y se encuentra a 37 kil\u00f3metros del Puerto de Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, y a 39.6 km del Aeropuerto Internacional de Minatitl\u00e1n, de igual manera<strong> tiene enlace con la carretera 145 Costera del Golfo<\/strong>, en el tramo Coatzacoalcos-Acayucan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PROISTMO<\/strong> COMIENZA AN\u00c1LISIS DE TRABAJOS DE URBANIZACI\u00d3N<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Informaci\u00f3n que se ha generado en la zona asegura que la a empresa <strong>PROISTMO<\/strong><strong> ya ha realizado recorridos de reconocimiento<\/strong> y an\u00e1lisis para la inversi\u00f3n que coresponde a los trabajos de urbanizaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En enero pasado, Javier Aguilera, presidente del Concejo de administraci\u00f3n de <strong>PROISTMO<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que <strong>Texistepec es el Polo de Desarrollo m\u00e1s grande <\/strong>en cuanto a extensi\u00f3n del predio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explic\u00f3 que el&nbsp; polo del <strong>Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico<\/strong> del Istmo de Tehuantepec (CIIT) en <strong>Texistepec<\/strong>, Veracruz,<strong> tendr\u00e1 1860 millones de pesos de inversi\u00f3n en urbanizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> durante los primeros 2 a\u00f1os; hasta 15 millones de pesos para desarrollo del entorno; y 14 mil millones de pesos en construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ha trascendido que algunas organizaciones sociales y sindicales,<strong> se han acercado para concretar la contrataci\u00f3n de la mano de obra local<\/strong> as\u00ed como maquinas y veh\u00edculos de carga que existen disponibles en este municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debido a sus caracter\u00edsticas este importante PODEBI <strong>tendr\u00e1 la capacidad de proveer servicios<\/strong> no solo de las empresas que se instalen ah\u00ed, tambi\u00e9n apoyar a los dem\u00e1s PODEBIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Cabe recordar que a trav\u00e9s del <strong>Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico<\/strong> del Istmo de Tehuantepec (CIIT) se declar\u00f3 a &#8220;los <strong>Polos de Desarrollo<\/strong> para el Bienestar como \u00e1reas geogr\u00e1ficas delimitadas que cuentan con las condiciones para atraer inversi\u00f3n y potenciar capacidades productivas, a efecto de detonar el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos polos establecer\u00e1n complejos industriales que <strong>generar\u00e1n y transformar\u00e1n mercanc\u00edas <\/strong>que llegar\u00e1n en condiciones m\u00e1s competitivas a los mercados mundiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los dem\u00e1s son<\/strong>: Coatzacoalcos I y II, San Juan Evangelista y J\u00e1ltipan, Ixtaltepec, Ciudad Ixtepec, Santa Mar\u00eda Mixtequilla, San Blas Atempa y Salina Cruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Istmo de Tehuantepec es la zona geogr\u00e1fica localizada entre los estados de Veracruz y Oaxaca. Es la regi\u00f3n m\u00e1s angosta de M\u00e9xico entre el Oc\u00e9ano Pacifico y el Oc\u00e9ano Atl\u00e1ntico, en su secci\u00f3n del Golfo de M\u00e9xico, este tramo estrat\u00e9gico <strong>comprende aproximadamente 200 kil\u00f3metros de ancho<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESTO DIJO <strong>PROISTMO<\/strong> SOBRE EL CAN\u00c1L DE PANAM\u00c1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>&#8220;Considerando que el Canal de Panam\u00e1, que ha sido la v\u00eda interoce\u00e1nica dominante en el continente Americano, atraviesa una de sus peores crisis por la escasez de agua, y esto ha llevado a imponer restricciones al tr\u00e1fico de barcos, muchos son los que han dirigido su mirada a la nueva opci\u00f3n de transporte terrestre y mar\u00edtimo que se abre en M\u00e9xico: el <strong>Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico<\/strong> del Istmo De Tehuantepec&#8221;, dijo <strong>ProIstmo<\/strong> en un comunicado.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de ganar el Polo de Desarrollo de <strong>Texistepec<\/strong> del Corredor del Istmo de Tehuantepec, los integrantes de <strong>Proistmo<\/strong> solicitaron a empresarios del pa\u00eds invertir\u00e1n en la zona para su desarrollo, donde <strong>estiman que en cinco a\u00f1os habr\u00e1n invertido 14 mil millones de pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En fechas recientes se dio a conocer que inici\u00f3 la primera estapa de la construcci\u00f3n del parque industrial en Texistepec, arrancando as\u00ed los trabajos en Los Polos de Desarrollo del Bienestar (PODEBIS) en esta importante zona del sur de Veracruz.
