{"id":35928,"date":"2023-12-05T11:06:48","date_gmt":"2023-12-05T17:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=35928"},"modified":"2023-12-05T11:06:49","modified_gmt":"2023-12-05T17:06:49","slug":"orienta-sspc-a-jovenes-privados-de-su-libertad-sobre-derechos-humanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2023\/12\/05\/orienta-sspc-a-jovenes-privados-de-su-libertad-sobre-derechos-humanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Orienta SSPC a j\u00f3venes privados de su libertad sobre derechos humanos"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax. 5 de diciembre de 2023.-<\/strong> En apego a los lineamientos para una correcta reinserci\u00f3n social de las personas j\u00f3venes privadas de su libertad, la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPC) a trav\u00e9s de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Prevenci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social inaugur\u00f3 el Encuentro de Derechos Humanos en la Direcci\u00f3n de Ejecuci\u00f3n de Medidas para Adolescentes (DEMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta actividad se realiz\u00f3 con el objetivo de informar a los j\u00f3venes sobre sus derechos humanos y garantizar el respeto de los mismos mediante un trabajo coordinado con la Defensor\u00eda de los Derechos Humanos del Pueblo de Oaxaca (DDHPO), la Defensor\u00eda P\u00fablica del Estado de Oaxaca y el Patronato de Ayuda para la Reinserci\u00f3n Social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El subsecretario de Prevenci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social, Roberto Claudio Castillo Ram\u00edrez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta actividad est\u00e1 alineada a las normas nacionales e internacionales que rigen al Sistema Integral de Justicia Penal para Adolescentes y que imponen que los j\u00f3venes sujetos a medida privativa de libertad accedan a los mismos derechos de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOaxaca hoy da un paso hacia adelante, porque el reconocimiento de la dignidad humana de los adolescentes sujetos a medida de prisi\u00f3n no puede comprenderse sin las garant\u00edas m\u00ednimas para el ejercicio de sus derechos humanos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con acciones integrales y el trabajo interinstitucional, la SSPC fortalece el cumplimiento a los derechos de las personas adolescentes privadas de su libertad, adem\u00e1s de coadyuvar en la construcci\u00f3n de un proyecto de vida como parte del proceso de reinserci\u00f3n a la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al acto asistieron la titular de la DDHPO Elizabeth Lara Rodr\u00edguez, el director general de la Defensor\u00eda P\u00fablica Marcelo Merino Garc\u00eda y el director del Patronato de Ayuda para la Reinserci\u00f3n Social Javier Trujillo, as\u00ed como personal administrativo y de custodia de la DEMA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax. 5 de diciembre de 2023.- En apego a los lineamientos para una correcta reinserci\u00f3n social de las personas j\u00f3venes privadas de su libertad, la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPC) a trav\u00e9s de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Prevenci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social inaugur\u00f3 el Encuentro de Derechos Humanos en la Direcci\u00f3n de [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":35929,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[25,1092],"class_list":{"0":"post-35928","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-oaxaca","8":"tag-oaxaca","9":"tag-sspc"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
