{"id":35728,"date":"2023-11-29T13:19:12","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T19:19:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=35728"},"modified":"2023-11-29T13:19:12","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T19:19:12","slug":"estos-son-los-tres-polos-del-corredor-interoceanico-en-proceso-de-licitacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2023\/11\/29\/estos-son-los-tres-polos-del-corredor-interoceanico-en-proceso-de-licitacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Estos son los tres polos del Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico en proceso de licitaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de la adjudicaci\u00f3n de los primeros cinco <strong>Polos de Desarrollo<\/strong> para el Bienestar (Podebis) del Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico del Istmo de Tehuantepec (CIIT), <strong>continuar\u00e1 el proceso de licitaci\u00f3n de otros tres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estos polos ser\u00edan<\/strong> los de Asunci\u00f3n Ixtaltepec, Santa Mar\u00eda Mixtequilla y Mat\u00edas Romero Avenda\u00f1o en Oaxaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raymundo Pedro Morales, director general del Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el caso del parque industrial de Mat\u00edas Romero Avenda\u00f1o <strong>tienen la finalidad de volver a darle auge al movimiento ferroviario<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ah\u00ed estamos desarrollando un centro \u00fanico de despacho, mediante el cual vamos a controlar las 3 l\u00edneas las f\u00e9rreas del Ferrocarril del Istmo de Tehuantepec y adem\u00e1s vamos a instalar ah\u00ed las oficinas corporativas tanto del Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico como del Ferrocarril del Istmo, <strong>una escuela de capacitaci\u00f3n en temas ferroviarios y obviamente la estaci\u00f3n de pasajeros<\/strong>&#8220;, expuso en conferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo que respecta a Ixtaltepec destac\u00f3 que <strong>se trata de un pueblo muy atractivo <\/strong>porque se encuentra cercano a las v\u00edas de ferrocarril, por lo que desean tener a los interesados suficientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, en Mixtequilla, el mando naval asever\u00f3 que se trata del polo m\u00e1s grande, de m\u00e1s de 500 hect\u00e1reas, el cual tambi\u00e9n <strong>se encuentra con una buena ubicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> ya que en \u00e9l converge la carretera que conecta a La Ventosa con Salina Cruz, as\u00ed como a la autopista que pronta a inaugurarse que va de Tehuantepec a Mitla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ya <strong>estamos garantizando los servicios <\/strong>de fibra \u00f3ptica, agua, electricidad y gas, por lo que los empresarios tienen muchos incentivos para invertir&#8221;, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico, la apuesta para el nearshoring en el sur-sureste<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alejandro Encinas N\u00e1jera, subsecretario de Comercio Exterior de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda, explic\u00f3 <strong>la gran apuesta que el nearshoring tiene <\/strong>con su arribo al sur-sureste es el Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Una ruta (con la) que durante m\u00e1s de dos siglos se ha pretendido conectar a los oc\u00e9anos Pac\u00edfico con el Atl\u00e1ntico desde el siglo XIX y que finalmente despu\u00e9s de muchos intentos <strong>hoy finalmente se est\u00e1 concretando <\/strong>con el gobierno del presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador y con plena coordinaci\u00f3n con los gobiernos de Oaxaca y de Veracruz&#8221;, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que se tiene el objetivo de democratizar el acceso al comercio exterior y que adem\u00e1s <strong>el sur-sureste tenga participaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de las ventajas de pertenecer a los tratados comerciales que tiene el pa\u00eds, aparte de las integraciones econ\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;El nearshoring <strong>no es una promesa a futuro<\/strong>, <strong>sino m\u00e1s bien es una realidad en el presente<\/strong>. Quiero compartirles algunos datos: nunca hab\u00edamos tenido tanto encadenamiento productivo de inversiones y comercio.
