Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-<\/strong> La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra la persona del sexo masculino identificada como S. J. G., probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja, en agravio de quien en vida respondiera al nombre de H. G. R., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Felipe Usila, Distrito de Tuxtepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la causa penal 183\/2021, el 12 de junio de 2021, aproximadamente a las 19:30 horas, tras una discusi\u00f3n, el imputado probablemente priv\u00f3 de la vida a la v\u00edctima con disparos de arma de fuego, cuando se encontraban en inmediaciones de un r\u00edo ubicado en San Felipe Usila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a S. J. G., imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorgando dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
