{"id":33264,"date":"2023-10-16T14:02:26","date_gmt":"2023-10-16T20:02:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=33264"},"modified":"2023-10-16T14:02:27","modified_gmt":"2023-10-16T20:02:27","slug":"publican-declaratoria-de-otro-polo-de-desarrollo-del-corredor-interoceanico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2023\/10\/16\/publican-declaratoria-de-otro-polo-de-desarrollo-del-corredor-interoceanico\/","title":{"rendered":"Publican declaratoria de otro polo de desarrollo del Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-este-polo-consta-con-246-hectareas-se-encuentra-a-un-kilometro-de-la-via-ferrea-de-la-linea-z\">Este polo consta con 246 hect\u00e1reas, se encuentra a un kilometro de la v\u00eda f\u00e9rrea de la l\u00ednea Z<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A trav\u00e9s del <strong>Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (DOF) fue publicado el acuerdo de la declaratoria del Polo de Desarrollo de Bienestar (PODEBI) que estar\u00e1 en el municipio oaxaque\u00f1o de Asunci\u00f3n Ixtaltepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este polo consta con 246 hect\u00e1reas, se encuentra<strong> a un kilometro de la v\u00eda f\u00e9rrea de la l\u00ednea Z<\/strong>, en su tramo Salina Cruz &#8211; Medias Aguas, y cuenta con alrededor de dos kil\u00f3metros de frente con la carretera federal MEX-185, y se ubica a 47 kil\u00f3metros del Aeropuerto Nacional de Ixtepec, con un potencial de conectividad hacia otros mercados nacionales e internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los<strong> municipios aleda\u00f1os a este municipio, <\/strong>es el Barrio de la Soledad, Santa Mar\u00eda Chimalapa, San Miguel Chimalapa, Heroica Ciudad de Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza, El Espinal, San Pedro Comitancillo, Magdalena Tlacotepec, Santiago Laollaga, Ciudad Ixtepec, Santo Domingo Chihuit\u00e1n y San Blas Atempa, todos dentro del estado de Oaxaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El<strong> Instituto Nacional de los Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas <\/strong>mediante oficio CGDI\/2023\/OF\/0157 emiti\u00f3 dictamen sobre la improcedencia de la consulta ind\u00edgena en la superficie destinada a este PODEBI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La superficie del Polo de Desarrollo para el Bienestar Asunci\u00f3n Ixtaltepec se ubica <strong>fuera de la delimitaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas naturales<\/strong> protegidas conforme al oficio n\u00famero DGOR\/0310\/2023 de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Operaci\u00f3n Regional de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el desarrollo de las actividades productivas en el <strong>Polo de Desarrollo para el Bienestar Asunci\u00f3n Ixtaltepec <\/strong>son vocaciones productivas, prioritarias y potenciales las siguientes, el\u00e9ctrica y&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">electr\u00f3nica, semiconductores, automotriz (electromovilidad), autopartes y equipo de transporte, dispositivos m\u00e9dicos, farmac\u00e9utica, agroindustria, equipo de generaci\u00f3n y<strong> distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong> (energ\u00edas limpias), maquinaria y equipo, tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y la Comunicaci\u00f3n, metales y petroqu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El 95 por ciento de la superficie que conforma el Polo de Desarrollo para el Bienestar Asunci\u00f3n Ixtaltepec forma parte del patrimonio del <strong>Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico<\/strong> del Istmo de Tehuantepec y el resto es <strong>viable para su consideraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, de acuerdo con el documento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este polo consta con 246 hect\u00e1reas, se encuentra a un kilometro de la v\u00eda f\u00e9rrea de la l\u00ednea Z A trav\u00e9s del Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) fue publicado el acuerdo de la declaratoria del Polo de Desarrollo de Bienestar (PODEBI) que estar\u00e1 en el municipio oaxaque\u00f1o de Asunci\u00f3n Ixtaltepec.
