{"id":31653,"date":"2023-09-07T11:35:06","date_gmt":"2023-09-07T17:35:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=31653"},"modified":"2023-09-07T11:35:07","modified_gmt":"2023-09-07T17:35:07","slug":"encabeza-gobernador-salomon-jara-primera-sesion-extraordinaria-del-consejo-estatal-de-proteccion-civil-y-gestion-de-riesgos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2023\/09\/07\/encabeza-gobernador-salomon-jara-primera-sesion-extraordinaria-del-consejo-estatal-de-proteccion-civil-y-gestion-de-riesgos\/","title":{"rendered":"Encabeza Gobernador Salom\u00f3n Jara Primera Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria del Consejo Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza, Oax. 7 de septiembre de 2023.- El Gobernador Salom\u00f3n Jara Cruz y el Coordinador Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos, Mauro Cruz S\u00e1nchez, encabezaron la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria del Consejo Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos, que se realiz\u00f3 en la Heroica Ciudad de Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n, que se desarroll\u00f3 en la sede del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico del Istmo, se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el marco de la conmemoraci\u00f3n del sexto aniversario del terremoto de magnitud 8.2 con epicentro en el Golfo de Tehuantepec, y que afect\u00f3 principalmente a la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su mensaje a las personas presentes, el Gobernador Salom\u00f3n Jara resalt\u00f3 la relevancia del Consejo Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, cuyo objetivo es planear y coordinar acciones para prevenir y proteger a la poblaci\u00f3n en caso de emergencias o desastres, dando cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la Ley General de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que generar acciones en materia de prevenci\u00f3n, forman parte del Desarrollo Integral y Sustentable, un eje estrat\u00e9gico de su gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previamente se realiz\u00f3 un simulacro en las instalaciones del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico, actividad que fue solicitada por las autoridades municipales y que cont\u00f3 con la presencia de estudiantado, personal docente y administrativo, as\u00ed como integrantes del Consejo Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ejercicio consisti\u00f3 en la activaci\u00f3n de un alertamiento para que la comunidad estudiantil y el personal docente y administrativo evacuara el inmueble; adem\u00e1s, se simul\u00f3 el rescate de dos personas atrapadas en un auditorio, que presentaban fracturas expuestas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la simulaci\u00f3n, los rescates de las personas lesionadas corrieron a cargo de elementos de Protecci\u00f3n Civil Municipal y del Heroico Cuerpo de Bomberos Municipal, para trasladarlos a hospitales cercanos. Adem\u00e1s, se realiz\u00f3 el conteo de las afectaciones y da\u00f1os en las instalaciones del inmueble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, el Coordinador Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Mauro Cruz S\u00e1nchez, expres\u00f3 que el sismo del 7 de septiembre de 2017 caus\u00f3 graves afectaciones en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo, especialmente en Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza; por ello, se realiz\u00f3 este ejercicio, que le permitir\u00e1 a la poblaci\u00f3n prepararse y responder ante un escenario similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos simulacros permiten a la poblaci\u00f3n identificar los riesgos y peligros de su entorno, adem\u00e1s de evaluar c\u00f3mo se responde ante situaciones de riesgo y fen\u00f3menos naturales; por ello, desde la Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos, llevamos a cabo estas simulaciones, d\u00e1ndole prioridad a la prevenci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las actividades tambi\u00e9n participaron quienes integran el Gabinete Legal, titulares de dependencias y entidades del Gobierno del Estado y de instituciones federales, as\u00ed como autoridades municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Protecci\u00f3n Civil, se promueve la cultura de la prevenci\u00f3n y se refrenda el compromiso de estar al servicio de los pueblos y comunidades de Oaxaca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza, Oax. 7 de septiembre de 2023.- El Gobernador Salom\u00f3n Jara Cruz y el Coordinador Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos, Mauro Cruz S\u00e1nchez, encabezaron la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria del Consejo Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos, que se realiz\u00f3 en la Heroica Ciudad de Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza.
