{"id":30587,"date":"2023-08-09T20:09:32","date_gmt":"2023-08-10T02:09:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=30587"},"modified":"2023-08-09T20:09:33","modified_gmt":"2023-08-10T02:09:33","slug":"empresas-que-exentaran-pago-de-derechos-por-el-corredor-interoceanico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2023\/08\/09\/empresas-que-exentaran-pago-de-derechos-por-el-corredor-interoceanico\/","title":{"rendered":"Empresas que exentar\u00e1n pago de derechos por el Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p><strong>Empresas<\/strong> y <strong>contribuyentes<\/strong> que se localicen en los Polos de Desarrollo del <strong>Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico<\/strong>, <strong>estar\u00e1n exentos del pago de derechos<\/strong> por la emisi\u00f3n de dict\u00e1menes t\u00e9cnicos de riesgo por uso del suelo en materia de protecci\u00f3n civil, lo anterior seg\u00fan el acuerdo que expidi\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (SPC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son 17 municipios del sur donde se encuentran dichas <strong>empresas<\/strong> y <strong>contribuyentes<\/strong>, que a partir de hoy <strong>no pagar\u00e1n ese derecho<\/strong>, y ser\u00e1 en un plazo de 6 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, esto no elimina la responsabilidad de cumplir con los dem\u00e1s requisitos se\u00f1alados de acuerdo a la <strong>Ley de Protecci\u00f3n Civil<\/strong> y la Reducci\u00f3n del Riego de Desastres para el Estado de Veracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo es que los gobiernos federal y estatal coadyuven para detonar las inversiones, el <strong>crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y de empleos<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de est\u00edmulos fiscales que reduzcan los costos y faciliten la operaci\u00f3n de los <strong>contribuyentes<\/strong> que habr\u00e1n de instalarse en del <strong>Corredor interoce\u00e1nico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ese motivo, la SPC determin\u00f3 que era necesario emitir dicho acuerdo; para acceder al beneficio, <strong>las empresas y contribuyentes<\/strong> deben presentar una solicitud por escrito antes la SPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 municipios abarcan los Polos?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar, que de los 6 Polos de Desarrollo del Bienestar, <strong>4 se encuentran dentro del territorio veracruzano<\/strong> de Coatzacoalcos l y Coatzacoalcos ll, en los municipios de Coatzacoalcos, Nanchital, Cosoleacaque, Moloac\u00e1n, Agua Dulce y Pajapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se encuentran en San Juan Evangelista y Texistepec, abarcando los municipios de <strong>San Juan Evangelista, <\/strong>Juan Rodr\u00edguez Clara, Acayucan, Sayula de Alem\u00e1n Jes\u00fas Carranza y Playa Vicente.
