{"id":2794,"date":"2021-09-29T17:49:36","date_gmt":"2021-09-29T22:49:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=2794"},"modified":"2021-09-29T17:49:37","modified_gmt":"2021-09-29T22:49:37","slug":"piden-destitucion-del-presidente-municipal-de-zaachila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2021\/09\/29\/piden-destitucion-del-presidente-municipal-de-zaachila\/","title":{"rendered":"Piden destituci\u00f3n del presidente municipal de Zaachila"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>OAXACA, Oax.- Un grupo de pobladores solicit\u00f3 al Congreso de Oaxaca la destituci\u00f3n del presidente municipal de Zaachila, C\u00e1stulo Bret\u00f3n Mendoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los inconformes, quienes ingresaron al recinto legislativo este mi\u00e9rcoles, aseguraron que han documentado la falta de obras, y otras irregularidades, como haber ejercido violencia de g\u00e9nero en contra de Carolina Mart\u00ednez Tom\u00e1s, regidora de turismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refirieron que con fecha 23 de octubre de 2020, el Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Oaxaca dict\u00f3 resoluci\u00f3n en el juicio ciudadano identificado como el n\u00famero JDC\/83\/2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esa ocasi\u00f3n, ordenaron al presidente municipal pagar a Carolina Mart\u00ednez la cantidad de 42,882.94 pesos por concepto de dietas adeudadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y mandat\u00f3 para otorgar a la actora los recursos humanos necesarios y suficientes para el correcto desempe\u00f1o del cargo para el que fue electa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Declararon fundado el agravio respectivo a la violencia pol\u00edtica en raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero en contra de la regidora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, hasta la fecha, dicha resoluci\u00f3n no se ha cumplido, situaci\u00f3n que fue informada a la comisi\u00f3n de gobernaci\u00f3n en el Congreso como causal de revocaci\u00f3n del mandato, sin que hasta la fecha haya intervenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pidieron al diputado Jorge Villaca\u00f1a Jim\u00e9nez que no solape la corrupci\u00f3n en este municipio y que determine lo necesario antes de concluir el per\u00edodo legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n las colonias de Zaachila protestaron ya que durante tres a\u00f1os, dijeron, no hay obras de beneficio colectivo a pesar de haberlas solicitado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OAXACA, Oax.- Un grupo de pobladores solicit\u00f3 al Congreso de Oaxaca la destituci\u00f3n del presidente municipal de Zaachila, C\u00e1stulo Bret\u00f3n Mendoza.
