{"id":24106,"date":"2023-03-02T10:30:44","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T16:30:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=24106"},"modified":"2023-03-02T12:55:40","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T18:55:40","slug":"tras-publicacion-del-plan-b-edmundo-jacobo-secretario-ejecutivo-del-ine-queda-cesado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2023\/03\/02\/tras-publicacion-del-plan-b-edmundo-jacobo-secretario-ejecutivo-del-ine-queda-cesado\/","title":{"rendered":"Tras publicaci\u00f3n del plan B, Edmundo Jacobo, secretario ejecutivo del INE, queda cesado"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>Con la publicaci\u00f3n del<strong> Plan B de la Reforma Electoral<\/strong> en el <strong>Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, el secretario ejecutivo del<strong> INE, Edmundo Jacobo<\/strong>, queda cesado de forma inmediata de su cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El art\u00edculo 17 transitorio de la reforma establece que &#8220;dada la modificaci\u00f3n de las facultades de Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva con la entrada en vigor del presente decreto, la persona titular de dicho cargo cesar\u00e1 en sus funciones a partir de su publicaci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1ala que de inmediato, el Consejo General del INE debe nombrar de entre los directores ejecutivos, a un encargado de despacho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del mes de mayo de 2023, se designar\u00e1 a la persona titular de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva para el periodo 2023-2029 que cumpla con los requisitos correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consejero presidente del INE, Lorenzo C\u00f3rdova adelant\u00f3 que se presentar\u00e1n todos los recursos disponibles para frenar el Plan B, por lo que confi\u00f3 en que pronto regrese Edmundo Jacobo a la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n es Edmundo Jacobo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Edmundo Jacobo <\/strong>se ha desempe\u00f1ado como secretario ejecutivo del entonces Instituto Federal Electoral (IFE) del a\u00f1o 2008 a 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de la transici\u00f3n al INE, sigui\u00f3 al frente de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva desde abril de ese a\u00f1o hasta este jueves tras la publicaci\u00f3n del Plan B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva tiene entre sus atribuciones la representaci\u00f3n legal del INE, as\u00ed como nombrar a los integrantes de las juntas locales y distritales ejecutivas, de entre los miembros del Servicio Profesional Electoral Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la Reforma Electoral reduce al secretario ejecutivo como auxiliar del Consejero presidente, limitando as\u00ed sus atribuciones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la publicaci\u00f3n del Plan B de la Reforma Electoral en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n, el secretario ejecutivo del INE, Edmundo Jacobo, queda cesado de forma inmediata de su cargo.
