{"id":21591,"date":"2022-12-14T14:24:31","date_gmt":"2022-12-14T20:24:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=21591"},"modified":"2022-12-14T14:24:32","modified_gmt":"2022-12-14T20:24:32","slug":"liberan-a-familia-de-edil-de-san-martin-peras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2022\/12\/14\/liberan-a-familia-de-edil-de-san-martin-peras\/","title":{"rendered":"Liberan a familia de edil de San Mart\u00edn Peras"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>HUAJUAPAN, Oax. 14 de diciembre de 2022.- La esposa y la suegra del presidente municipal de San Mart\u00edn Peras, Rom\u00e1n Ju\u00e1rez Cruz, Marcelina Vega Ortiz de 50 a\u00f1os de edad y Guadalupe Ortiz Salvador de 78 a\u00f1os de edad fueron liberadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las dos mujeres permanecieron presas 11 d\u00edas en la comunidad, sin asearse y en condiciones poco propicias para ambas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de una p\u00e1gina de Facebook, los habitantes de San Mart\u00edn Peras dieron a conocer la liberaci\u00f3n de las 2 mujeres, quienes fueron llevadas a la Ciudad de Oaxaca para reunirse con autoridades municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El edil de San Mart\u00edn Peras, Rom\u00e1n Ju\u00e1rez, inform\u00f3 que el d\u00eda 3 de diciembre un comando armado -grupo af\u00edn a Elpidio Ram\u00edrez Morales, aspirante a la presidencia municipal 2023-2025- se llev\u00f3 a su suegra, esposa y a sus dos hijos, sin embargo, las mujeres fueron ubicadas en la c\u00e1rcel de la comunidad y los ni\u00f1os los entregaron a uno de sus familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las mujeres fueron llevadas a la c\u00e1rcel como medida de presi\u00f3n, para que el edil emitiera la convocatoria para elegir a las autoridades municipales luego de que el Instituto Estatal Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Cuidada de Oaxaca( IEEPCO) anulara las elecci\u00f3n del mes de junio por no cumplir con los principios de equidad y paridad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La familia del presidente municipal permaneci\u00f3 11 d\u00edas en la c\u00e1rcel y el grupo que encabeza Elpidio Ram\u00edrez hab\u00eda rot\u00f3 las mesas de di\u00e1logo debido a que el edil se hab\u00eda opuesto a firmar la convocatoria para la asamblea, la cual debe de hacerse en espa\u00f1ol y en lengua materna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La asamblea para elegir a las autoridades se program\u00f3 para los d\u00edas 24 y 25 de diciembre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HUAJUAPAN, Oax. 14 de diciembre de 2022.- La esposa y la suegra del presidente municipal de San Mart\u00edn Peras, Rom\u00e1n Ju\u00e1rez Cruz, Marcelina Vega Ortiz de 50 a\u00f1os de edad y Guadalupe Ortiz Salvador de 78 a\u00f1os de edad fueron liberadas.
