Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-<\/strong> Por el delito de equiparado a la violaci\u00f3n en agravio de una adolescente de 12 a\u00f1os, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra la persona del sexo masculino identificado como P. V. O., cometido en mayo de 2021, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Felipe Usila, en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca del Papaloapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la causa penal 226\/2021, el 11 de mayo de 2021, aproximadamente a las 16:00, el imputado agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la adolescente en un domicilio ubicado en inmediaciones de la localidad de San Pedro Tlatepusco, perteneciente al referido municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante este hecho y tras la denuncia presentada por familiares de la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En audiencia y luego de validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a P. V.
