{"id":17269,"date":"2022-08-23T19:25:43","date_gmt":"2022-08-24T00:25:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=17269"},"modified":"2022-08-23T19:25:44","modified_gmt":"2022-08-24T00:25:44","slug":"realizar-30-minutos-de-ejercicio-al-dia-previene-enfermedades-cronicas-sso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2022\/08\/23\/realizar-30-minutos-de-ejercicio-al-dia-previene-enfermedades-cronicas-sso\/","title":{"rendered":"Realizar 30 minutos de ejercicio al d\u00eda, previene enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas: SSO"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>El especialista en nutrici\u00f3n adscrito al departamento de Prevenci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n de los Servicios de Salud de Oaxaca (SSO), Juan Daniel Ram\u00edrez Ram\u00edrez, inform\u00f3 que la actividad f\u00edsica tiene muchos beneficios al organismo, adem\u00e1s de fortalecer el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refiri\u00f3 que hacer 30 minutos diarios ayuda a prevenir el sobrepeso, la aparici\u00f3n de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas-degenerativas como la diabetes e hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, adem\u00e1s, mejora la salud cardiovascular, ayuda a la relajaci\u00f3n y calidad de sue\u00f1o, disminuye los niveles de estr\u00e9s y ansiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sostuvo que, para realizar actividad f\u00edsica no hay una edad ideal como l\u00edmite, pues siempre hay que mantenerse activos evitando el sedentarismo, que consiste el estar mucho tiempo sentado o acostado, haciendo poco o nada de ejercicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), recomienda realizar alguna actividad f\u00edsica de 30 minutos al d\u00eda o 150 minutos semanales, y va a depender de la edad, o condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica de cada persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precis\u00f3 la importancia de mantenerse activos, como es el caso de practicar nataci\u00f3n, boxeo, taekwondo, baile, saltar la cuerda, andar en bicicleta, hacer ejercicio de fuerza en alg\u00fan gimnasio y de resistencia como trotar y caminar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior, recomend\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n llevar una alimentaci\u00f3n balanceada en el desayuno, comida y cena, la cual incluya el plato del buen comer, frutas o verduras, cereal, tortilla, pan, pasta, o alimentos de tipo de origen animal, l\u00e1cteos y huevos para tener un buen aporte de vitaminas, minerales, prote\u00ednas o \u00e1cidos grasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sostuvo que, 30 minutos antes de iniciar alg\u00fan ejercicio se puede consumir una manzana, pl\u00e1tano o mango y posterior al ejercicio se recomienda alg\u00fan tipo de energ\u00eda recuperadora, como un licuado de frutas con amaranto o avena, tambi\u00e9n prote\u00ednas como la leche y energ\u00eda simple, por ejemplo alguna verdura de la temporada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, recomend\u00f3 beber agua pura de seis a ocho vasos, bajar el consumo de bebidas endulzantes o edulcorantes, ya que contienen una gran cantidad de az\u00facares y grasas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n acudir a la unidad de salud m\u00e1s cercana para una evaluaci\u00f3n personal, y dependiendo de su condici\u00f3n se determinar\u00e1 el plan nutricional, as\u00ed como el tipo de ejercicio que deber\u00e1 efectuar con disciplina para obtener los resultados esperados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El especialista en nutrici\u00f3n adscrito al departamento de Prevenci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n de los Servicios de Salud de Oaxaca (SSO), Juan Daniel Ram\u00edrez Ram\u00edrez, inform\u00f3 que la actividad f\u00edsica tiene muchos beneficios al organismo, adem\u00e1s de fortalecer el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.
