Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-<\/strong> La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra dos personas del sexo masculino identificadas como O. O. R. y E. P. E., probables responsables del delito de robo calificado con violencia a las cosas en agravio de un taxista del sitio \u201cSanta Cruz la Estancia\u201d, cometido en agosto de 2021, en La Heroica Ciudad de Huajuapan de Le\u00f3n, regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los probables asaltantes fueron aprehendidos por polic\u00edas municipales cuando intentaban darse a la fuga y fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n del agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico. De acuerdo con la causa penal 304\/2021, el 24 de agosto de 2021 -aproximadamente a las 16:19 horas- los probables responsables amenazaron con un objeto punzocortante (cuchillo) a la v\u00edctima y la despojaron de sus pertenencias (celular y un radio de la marca Motorola).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En audiencia y luego de validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a los imputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En otro hecho distinto, en audiencia de procedimiento abreviado, el Tribunal de enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de diez meses de prisi\u00f3n contra H. A. A., responsable del delito contra la salud en su hip\u00f3tesis de posesi\u00f3n simple en su modalidad de narcomenudeo en agravio de la sociedad, hecho cometido el 17 abril de 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
