{"id":13453,"date":"2022-05-17T08:32:55","date_gmt":"2022-05-17T13:32:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=13453"},"modified":"2022-05-17T08:32:55","modified_gmt":"2022-05-17T13:32:55","slug":"la-segego-hace-un-llamado-a-la-concordia-a-las-agencias-de-san-juan-mazatlan-mixe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2022\/05\/17\/la-segego-hace-un-llamado-a-la-concordia-a-las-agencias-de-san-juan-mazatlan-mixe\/","title":{"rendered":"La Segego hace un llamado a la concordia a las agencias de San Juan Mazatl\u00e1n, Mixe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tlalixtac de Cabrera, Oax. 16 de mayo de 2022. <\/strong>Ante los hechos realizados por habitantes y autoridades auxiliares de las agencias La Mixtequita, Felipe \u00c1ngeles y Constituci\u00f3n Mexicana, pertenecientes al municipio de San Juan Mazatl\u00e1n, Mixe, en la cual han violentado los derechos humanos de profesores y afectado el libre tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno (Segego), como responsable de la pol\u00edtica interna, hace un llamado a la concordia, civilidad y respeto pleno a los derechos humanos y solicita a los agentes municipales apegar sus peticiones con respeto a la normatividad en materia de ejecuci\u00f3n de recursos p\u00fablicos municipales, toda vez que la solicitud de entrega de recursos en efectivo es improcedente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno del Estado, aclara que este es un problema estrictamente intramunicipal y que corresponde a las autoridades municipales encontrar la soluci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n a las demandas, sin embargo se ha ofrecido apoyar a la autoridad municipal para responder a las peticiones de sus agencias; asimismo, se ha convocado a Macario Eleuterio Jim\u00e9nez, presidente municipal de San Juan Mazatl\u00e1n, Mixe, para que asista a las mesas de di\u00e1logo y atienda a sus agencias para resolver el conflicto interno que prevalece, sin embargo, el edil no atiende el llamado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y ante la cerraz\u00f3n de los agentes municipales de La Mixtequita, Felipe \u00c1ngeles y Constituci\u00f3n Mexicana, la Segego con respeto a la autonom\u00eda de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca, ha solicitado realice las investigaciones correspondientes ante los hechos que pudieran ser constitutivos de delitos por la retenci\u00f3n de profesores, as\u00ed como la intervenci\u00f3n de la Defensor\u00eda de los Derechos Humanos del Pueblo de Oaxaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que la Delegada Regional de Gobierno, ha estado presente en todo momento para atender y realizar los enlaces pertinentes con las dependencias correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Segego reprueba las acciones de presi\u00f3n que realizan y es por ello que solicita la intervenci\u00f3n de las entidades encargadas de la procuraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tlalixtac de Cabrera, Oax. 16 de mayo de 2022.
