{"id":13078,"date":"2022-05-06T18:36:30","date_gmt":"2022-05-06T23:36:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/?p=13078"},"modified":"2022-05-06T18:44:03","modified_gmt":"2022-05-06T23:44:03","slug":"activo-en-la-pagina-del-registro-civil-padron-de-deudores-alimentarios-morosos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbmnoticias.com\/labravaradiofm\/2022\/05\/06\/activo-en-la-pagina-del-registro-civil-padron-de-deudores-alimentarios-morosos\/","title":{"rendered":"Activo Padr\u00f3n de Deudores Alimentarios Morosos en la p\u00e1gina del Registro Civil"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>\n<p>\u2022 Desde noviembre de 2021 puede ser consultado por la poblaci\u00f3n en la p\u00e1gina del Registro Civil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax. 6 de mayo de 2022<\/strong>.-La Direcci\u00f3n General del Registro Civil activ\u00f3 en su p\u00e1gina de internet, desde noviembre de 2021, el Padr\u00f3n de Deudores Alimentarios Morosos, a disposici\u00f3n de toda la poblaci\u00f3n que desee consultarlo en www.oaxaca.gob.mx\/civil en el apartado de tr\u00e1mites y servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a la aprobaci\u00f3n de la reforma a los art\u00edculos relativos al C\u00f3digo Familiar que se realiz\u00f3 el pasado 16 de septiembre de 2021 y que fue publicado en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado el 22 de octubre de 2021, la Direcci\u00f3n del Registro Civil cre\u00f3 el Registro de Deudores Alimentarios Morosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El padr\u00f3n est\u00e1 disponible en la direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico www.oaxaca.gob.mx\/civil en la pesta\u00f1a tr\u00e1mites y servicios y el apartado Deudores Alimentarios Morosos; donde se pueden ingresar los datos personales: nombre completo y Clave \u00danica de Poblaci\u00f3n (CURP) para la b\u00fasqueda. Est\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n del p\u00fablico en general.<br>De esta manera el Registro Civil cumple la ley y contribuye al establecimiento de mecanismos para hacer efectivo el derecho de los acreedores alimentarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, a trav\u00e9s de la Unidad Jur\u00eddica y el Archivo Central se extiende a los usuarios interesados un certificado que informe que no est\u00e1 inscrito en ese listado, respetando la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto es el Juzgado Familiar la instancia a qui\u00e9n se entregan los certificados de los deudores para los efectos que la ley se\u00f1ala.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El certificado es un nuevo requisito para poder iniciar el tr\u00e1mite de matrimonio y adopci\u00f3n ante las instituciones correspondientes.<br>Hasta el momento existe un registro de 15 personas en este padr\u00f3n, que es p\u00fablico y que se nutre con la informaci\u00f3n que env\u00eda el juez de lo familiar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 Desde noviembre de 2021 puede ser consultado por la poblaci\u00f3n en la p\u00e1gina del Registro Civil Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax. 6 de mayo de 2022.-La Direcci\u00f3n General del Registro Civil activ\u00f3 en su p\u00e1gina de internet, desde noviembre de 2021, el Padr\u00f3n de Deudores Alimentarios Morosos, a disposici\u00f3n de toda la poblaci\u00f3n que desee [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":13079,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-13078","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-oaxaca"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
