F. L. G., por su probable responsabilidad en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de corrupci\u00f3n de menores en agravio de la v\u00edctima adolescente (15 a\u00f1os de edad) identificada con las iniciales A. G. C. Esta \u00faltima fue localizada la noche del s\u00e1bado 16 de abril en calles de Puerto Escondido, en el municipio de San Pedro Mixtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elementos adscritos a la Comandancia de Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos Contra la Mujer por Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero en Valles Centrales de la FGEO ejecut\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra la imputada, a partir de la orden judicial desprendida de la causa penal 414\/2022 por el delito de corrupci\u00f3n de menores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras realizar la detenci\u00f3n, este martes 19 de abril, la imputada fue presentada ante el Juez de Control de Tanivet, por lo que, F. F. L. G.&nbsp; solicit\u00f3 duplicidad de t\u00e9rmino constitucional, ante lo cual se impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva para la imputada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este delito fue cometido en torno al reporte como No Localizada de la v\u00edctima menor de edad el 13 de abril de 2022, denuncia por la que la Fiscal\u00eda, en conjunto con la Coordinaci\u00f3n Nacional Antisecuestro (CONASE), emprendieron las labores de rastreo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El trabajo de inteligencia entre la FGEO y la CONASE se logr\u00f3 dar con el paradero de la v\u00edctima el pasado 15 de abril, momento en que tambi\u00e9n fue detenida la imputada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 19 de abril de 2022.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) ejecut\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra la mujer identificada con las iniciales F.
