Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 22 de marzo de 2022.-<\/strong> En puntual seguimiento al caso, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) dio cumplimiento a una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra la persona del sexo masculino identificado como S. A. B., alias \u201cEl Negro\u201d o \u201cEl Turco\u201d, uno de los probables responsables del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja, en agravio de la v\u00edctima C. O. H., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la causa penal 126\/2021, el 27 de agosto de 2020, aproximadamente a las 19:00 horas, un grupo de sujetos -entre los que se encontraba el imputado- sometieron a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en su domicilio, donde lo agredieron f\u00edsicamente, ocasion\u00e1ndole lesiones  que le provocaron la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo el caso e inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, logrando identificar, aprehender y llevar al imputado a audiencia, cuya situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica se definir\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
